Overview

Tour Program

Day 1 (Istanbul - Tokyo): Flight to Japan following the meeting at Istanbul Airport. Arrival at Tokyo Narita Airport, welcome and brief orientation tour.

Day 2 (Tokyo): Free time after breakfast at the hotel. Those who wish can join the optional full-day (10 Hours) Tokyo Tour (180 USD) to visit the Imperial Palace East Gardens, Hama Rikyu Gardens, Sumida River boat cruise, Asakusa, Sensoji Temple, Nakamise shopping street, and the Ginza district.

Day 3 (Tokyo - Hakone - Tokyo): Breakfast at the hotel and free time. Guests who desire can join the optional Mount Fuji & Hakone Tour (180 USD) to take a boat tour on Lake Ashi, ride the Hakone Ropeway to Owakudani Valley to view active volcanic areas and Mount Fuji.

Day 4 (Tokyo - Kamakura - Tokyo): Free day after breakfast. Guests wishing to do so can join the optional Kamakura Excursion (180 USD) to discover the Great Buddha Statue (Kotoku-in), Hase-dera Temple, Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, and Komachi-dori shopping street.

Day 5 (Tokyo - Osaka): Transfer to Osaka via the Shinkansen bullet train or bus after breakfast at the hotel. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Opportunity to experience the vibrant atmosphere of the Namba and Dotonbori districts with the optional Osaka City Tour (10 Hours, 180 USD) for those interested.

Day 6 (Osaka - Kyoto - Osaka): Free time after breakfast. Participants can join the optional Full-Day Kyoto Tour (220 USD) to see the Golden Pavilion (Kinkakuji), Kiyomizu-dera Temple, Arashiyama bamboo grove, and Fushimi Inari Shrine.

Day 7 (Osaka - Nara - Osaka): Free time after breakfast. Guests who wish can join the optional Nara & Umeda Shopping Tour (180 USD) to tour Todaiji Temple, Nara Park (habitat of the deer), and the Umeda district.

Day 8 (Osaka): Free day. You can enjoy Osaka as you please and plan your own activities.

Day 9 (Osaka - Kobe - Osaka): Free time after breakfast. Those who wish can join the optional Kobe & Osaka Castle Tour (140 USD) to explore Kitano Ijinkan Street, Kobe Port, and Osaka Castle.

Day 10 (Osaka - Istanbul): End of our tour. (Arrival at Istanbul Airport as of 05:00 AM).

Important Notes

You can make payments for this tour in 3 installments, interest-free.

The child price applies when there are 2 adults in the same room; the 2-adult price applies for 1 adult + 1 child accommodations.

According to hotel policies, the earliest check-in time is 14:00; early check-in will be provided on the first day.

Passengers are required to complete their online check-in procedures 24 hours before the flight.

You must be at the airport at least 3 hours before the flight time.

It is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months as of the return date of the tour and not older than 10 years.

Tour Cancellation Conditions: For cancellations made 30-21 days before the start of the tour, 50% is invoiced; for cancellations made 20-10 days before, 35% of the fee is invoiced.

No refunds are made for cancellations made 10 days or less prior.

Insurance costs and airline penalties will be reflected to the consumer.
